Allie Cat's Bake Shop was created after the owner's 19 month old daughter was diagnosed with Celiac Disease Her mother, Kayla, who was an avid baker, realized fresh delicious gluten free treats were hard to come by. Determined to make sure Alexandra never felt excluded from the many food enriched social events they attended, Kayla turned her kitchen into Alexandra's own private and dedicated gluten free bakery. After meeting more and more people who consume a gluten free diet, Kayla decided to share her treats for others to enjoy with Allie!

Our Bakery

We are a residential bakery located in Chester, New Hampshire specifically baking yummy gluten free goodies. Our homemade treats are always baked fresh, never frozen.

Do you ship your products?

We currently do not ship our products, but we hope to be in the very near future.

Do you offer any dairy free treats?

ALMOST every item can be made DAIRY FREE OR LACTOSE FREE in addition to gluten free. Contact the baker directly to find out which treats!

How far in advanced do I need to place my order?

We ask for at least 48 hours notice for any order. We will always do our best to accommodate last minute requests.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept cash, check, Venmo and Apple Pay.

Do you bake cake and cupcakes?

Yes, we can bake cake and cupcakes! No carved cakes or extensive fondant work. Just message us for more information!
